Q. How do I use my Indulge Card?
A. Indulging yourself is easy!
- Retrieve your benefits and privileges by searching in our Indulgent Categories for a connected spa, health club, bar, restaurant, entertainment venue, or service provider on our website.
- Decide on how and where you would like to indulge yourself
- Visit the venue and show your Indulge Card
- Enjoy and indulge in your meal, drink, purchase or spa treatment
- Check your bill to ensure you have received the privilege!
Q. How long is my Indulge Card valid for?
A. The Indulge Card is valid for 1 year until the date specified on the front of the card.
Q. How many times can I use my Indulge Card at locations that accept it?
A. You can use your Indulge Card as many times as you like, at any of our participating businesses, until its expiry date.
Q. Do I have to present my Indulge Card each time in order to be privileged?
A. Yes. You must present your Indulge Card each time you go to a participating business in order to receive a benefit. Each business’s offer varies, so be sure to check www.indulgecard.com for updated offers.
Q. What happens if a business does not want to accept my Indulge Card?
A. If a participating business does not want to accept your valid Indulge Card, ask to speak to the manager. All participating businesses have signed a legal agreement with Indulge Card. If you still encounter issues, please contact us at indulge@indulgecard.com
Q. Can I renew my Indulge Card?
A. Yes. When purchasing your first Indulge Card, renewal is automatic . One month before your Indulge Card expires, you will receive a notification email and you will not need to place a new order.
Q. What happens if I lose my Indulge Card?
A. If you lose your Indulge Card, you will have to order another Indulge Card. Your Indulge Card is similar to money. If you lose it, someone else can find it and use it.
